Kosher poultry – full-chain assurance from our own farms

Our kosher poultry production follows strict Jewish dietary law (Halacha) — ensuring every step, from breeding to packaging, is performed under rabbinical supervision and with full transparency.

Each bird is slaughtered by a qualified shochet (ritual slaughterer) using the traditional shechita method — without stunning, with precision and care — to meet the highest kosher standards required by global markets.

Our Kosher Process

FROM FARM TO CERTIFIED KOSHER PRODUCT

  1. Breeding & Feeding: We raise our own poultry with carefully selected feed and maintain full traceability and consistent quality from the start.
  2. Ritual Slaughter (Shechita): Performed by a certified shochet using a chalef knife inspected for perfect sharpness — without stunning, following Talmudic law and humane principles.
  3. Purification & Salting: Each carcass remains in salt for 55 minutes to draw out residual blood and bacteria, then undergoes three ritual rinses for complete purification.
  4. Certification & Packaging: All approved meat receives a Kosher Certificate (Glatt degree), is marked accordingly, and packed under chilled conditions — ready for export to European markets.
